NeatoFX was founded by Jason Altice — a licensed Professional Engineer and software developer who spent over two decades building the autonomous systems inside US Navy vessels, John Deere farm equipment, Liebherr mining machinery, and two venture-backed startups (Outrider and Stack AV).

After all that time making large, expensive machines do exactly what people need them to do — reliably, autonomously, night after night — Jason left to build something for a very different world: the places that exist purely to give people a great experience.
