NeatoFX products are built to run — but the best installations are ones we help design, customize, and evolve over time. Our retainer plans give you pre-purchased access to NeatoFX engineering at a predictable monthly rate, so you always have an expert in your corner when you need one.

What Hours Cover
Apply hours to any engineering work on your installation.
Custom firmware development — new features, protocol changes, or hardware-specific behavior
Home Assistant automation builds — scoring systems, game logic, event triggers, and dashboards
Game mode design and implementation — timed challenges, team scoring, sequence modes, and more
Falcon Player (FPP) integration — synchronizing audio, lighting, and prop sequences
Troubleshooting and diagnostics — remote session to identify and resolve installation issues
System design consultation — wiring, network layout, and device placement for new builds
Training — walking your team through operating and maintaining the system
Retainer hours do not cover hardware replacement (handled under the standard 1-year warranty) or third-party platform subscriptions such as Home Assistant Cloud.

On-Site Visits & Travel
We come to you.
On-site engineering visits are available to all retainer clients. Retainer hours apply to on-site work time. A travel estimate will be provided and approved before any visit is scheduled. Travel expenses are invoiced separately from retainer billing.
